Craig de Vos

Founder, CEO, Chair - Programme Leader in PSHE Education, Digital Wellbeing and Youth Services

Craig is the founder of GameSmart CIC and a strategic programme leader with a long‑standing commitment to digital wellbeing and inclusive services for young people and their families.

Craig brings over a decade of experience in multi‑agency programme delivery, leadership in addictions support, and evidence‑based service improvement. 

Throughout his career, Craig has worked across health, education, and community sectors to design and deliver services that respond to real‑world needs and create meaningful, measurable impact.

Craig is driven by the belief that every child should be able to navigate digital spaces safely and confidently, and is focused on building resilient, collaborative systems that empower young people, schools, and communities. 

Craig prioritises early intervention, digital literacy, and ensuring families and professionals have the tools to support young people in an increasingly complex online world.

Alexa Roseblade

Third Sector Leader in Strategic Operations and Organisational Effectiveness

Alexa is a senior leader specialising in organisational communication, collaboration, and strategic alignment.

Alexa's current role oversees the risk management, project management, and organisational development functions for a national addiction support charity.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the third sector, Alexa has led high‑performing operational teams across organisations including the National Deaf Children’s Society, Diabetes UK, and Cancer Research UK.

Alexa holds an LLB in Law and Politics from Cardiff University, alongside qualifications in British Sign Language (Level 2), PRINCE2, and AGILE project management.

Martin Jeeps

Leader in Curriculum Design and Quality of Education, driving high-quality teaching

Martin is Deputy Headteacher at The Fulham Boys School and is responsible for the quality of education. Among his roles, he has overseen teaching and learning across the school, achieving results at GCSE that place the school in the top 2% in the country for progress.

Martin was one of the founding teachers of this new free school in 2014 and led the English department for nine years, achieving pass rates of better than 90% each year. Having line managed departments including Maths and Science, he has been at the heart of core subject performance at the school.

Before joining Fulham Boys School, Martin spent nine years teaching across large comprehensive schools in West Yorkshire and South Wales, taking on responsibility for multiple key stages and for literacy across the curriculum.

As a parent of primaryschoolaged children, Martin is deeply invested in shaping learning environments that promote healthy online habits, strong foundations, and confident, informed choices for young people.

Verity Bramwell

Specialist in Young People’s Mental Health and Safe, Informed Digital Engagement

Verity has dedicated her career to the intersection of young people’s mental health and the digital world. 

She previously served as the Service Manager for GamCare’s Young People’s Service, where she rebuilt the service and led a team delivering vital support and education.

She holds an MSc in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, is a Youth Mental Health First Aider, and was previously a registered safeTALK trainer. 

Her driving motivation is ensuring that young people have the knowledge, confidence, and tools to navigate gaming and digital spaces safely and positively.

Whether delivering workshops or developing support pathways, she is committed to creating environments where young people feel heard and where parents and professionals feel equipped to help them thrive.
